Linn hi-fi dealers in Ayrshire, Glasgow and Edinburgh
Linn build their systems at Waterfoot on the south side of Glasgow, about forty minutes from our workshop at Kilmarnock. We supply, install and calibrate Linn throughout Ayrshire, Glasgow, Edinburgh and the west of Scotland, and we wrote about the partnership here. A Scottish system, installed by a Scottish practice, supported by people who can be on site the same week.

Listeners replacing a system
Usually the most straightforward. The room matters more than the box, so we measure before recommending anything and we will tell you when your existing amplifier is not the weak link.
Whole-house audio
Linn across several rooms, run from one place, with the network built to carry it. This is where a hi-fi becomes an infrastructure job rather than a purchase.
Architects and interior designers
Where the system has to disappear. Speaker positions and cable routes resolved on the drawing, so the room is not compromised to accommodate the equipment afterwards.
How a Linn system gets specified
1. Listen and measure
We start with the room, not the catalogue. Dimensions, surfaces and seating position decide more about the result than the price of the electronics.
2. Demonstrate
You hear it before you commit, in our demonstration room, then we discuss what changes in your room and why.
3. Design
Speaker positions, cable routes, rack location and network provision, drawn rather than assumed.
4. Install and calibrate
Including Linn Space Optimisation, which corrects for the room rather than pretending the room is not there.
5. Support
Documentation and one number to call.

Are you a Linn dealer in Scotland?
We supply, install and calibrate Linn systems throughout Ayrshire, Glasgow, Edinburgh and the west of Scotland from Marathon House, Olympic Business Park, Kilmarnock.
Can I hear a Linn system before buying?
Yes. We have a purpose-built demonstration room and we would rather you heard it than read about it. Get in touch and we will set aside time.
What is Space Optimisation and does it matter?
It is Linn correcting the system for the room it is actually in, rather than for an ideal room that does not exist. In a real house, with real walls and real furniture, it makes more difference than most equipment upgrades.
Do I need to replace my speakers as well?
Often not. We measure first. It is common for the room or the positioning to be the limiting factor rather than the loudspeakers, and we would rather tell you that than sell you a pair you do not need.
Can Linn work as part of a whole-house system?
Yes. Linn sits comfortably under Control4 or RTI control alongside lighting and video, and we build the network to carry it properly rather than hoping the existing Wi-Fi copes.
Where do you install Linn systems?
Ayrshire, Glasgow, Edinburgh and the west of Scotland, and further for larger projects. Linn are built at Waterfoot near Glasgow, so we are close to both the manufacturer and most of our clients.
