The brief
Lowmac offers a wide range of recycling and waste services across North Ayrshire and runs a fleet of more than forty vehicles. With more meetings happening on screen, the boardroom needed conferencing that the team could use without a technician, installed quickly and with the least possible disruption to a busy office.
What we did
We installed the WyreStorm 1080p plug-and-play video conference kit: a PTZ camera, and a combined speaker and microphone, connected to the boardroom screen. It is a quick set-up for our technical team, but the detail is what the client sees every day, so the cabling behind the screen was tidied and the room left neat. The team now join a call with one connection and get a clear picture and clear sound.
The result
A boardroom conference installation done with expediency and minimal disruption, and a company whose managers and drivers can meet without everyone being in the building. If your own boardroom needs the same, it is a quicker job than most people expect.
