The Old Loans Inn is SimpsInns’ country pub, restaurant and hotel in the village of Loans, just outside Troon. Lairds look after the screens and audio in the bar and restaurant as part of our work across the group.

The venue

An inn on the road between Troon and Dundonald, with a bar, a restaurant and rooms, and a garden that fills on a good day. The technology in a place like this has one job: the match on the screens when there is a match, the music at the right level when there is not, and nothing that looks bolted on to an old room.

What we do

Lairds look after the AV at The Old Loans Inn as part of our work for SimpsInns across Ayrshire: the screens in the bar and restaurant, the audio, and the fault finding and maintenance that keep them working. As with the rest of the group, the arrangement is that the venue has one number to ring and the people who answer it know the building.

The result
